Lift pump or
Drop-In filtration?

These do different jobs. A lift-pump system supplies fuel to the engine’s injection system. The FASS Drop-In kit for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is a filtration and air-separation system that retains the factory lift pump.

Check the model year and engine, then identify the tank configuration. For that Ford Drop-In kit, S&B or Titan tanks need the corresponding option. A cab-and-chassis installation has additional considerations.

Match the filter pair.

For compatible FASS systems, the PF3001 is the 144-micron suction-side particulate filter. The XWS3002 is the 2-micron absolute pressure-side water separator.

Use that pair together. FASS specifies that it must not be mixed with FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020. Check the placement diagram supplied with the filters.

The FP3000 pack includes two of each. XL filters are a different size; match the installed system before ordering.

Hardware is one

Read what is included before comparing prices. An interface, controller license and custom calibration can be separate purchases.

HP Tuners MPVI4
The device-only package includes the interface and USB-C cable. It requires VCM Suite 5.2 or later; Universal Credits and custom calibration are separate.
EFILive FlashScan V3
The Scan Only package supports scanning, logging and calibration reading on supported controllers. Paid Tuning Options are needed to add flashing. A custom tune is not included.

Check the manufacturer’s supported-controller information for the exact year and engine. If you are arranging tuning through Dialed In, include any device you already own in your tuning quote request.

Check the order.

  • Match the full SKU, not just the product family.
  • Select tank, year, size or other required options.
  • Read package contents and any separate hardware or licensing requirements.
  • Confirm delivery charges and applicable tax before paying.

Complete S&S kits are separate listings from return-filter assemblies and filter-head upgrades. Service parts can look similar while doing a different job.
