Equipment tuning.
Built around the job.
Skid loaders, compact track loaders and other diesel equipment. Start with the machine, its workload and what you want to change.
Discuss your setup
Understand the machine
before the tune.
Equipment tuning begins with the exact machine, engine and electronic controller. A manufacturer name alone does not establish compatibility. Model year, controller version, current software and existing faults can change the service options.
Tell us whether you operate agricultural equipment, construction equipment or another diesel machine. These categories help describe the inquiry; they are not a list of universally supported makes or models.
Working conditions matter. Share the typical duty cycle, attachments, loads and the change you want to discuss. Calibration should be considered in the context of the whole machine and its condition.
Useful details for a first review.
- Make, model and year.Include the engine and controller identification if available.
- Hours and working conditions.Describe how long it runs, the loads it handles and the work it performs.
- Current software and modifications.Previous calibration, devices, hardware and any known faults.
- Your goals.Explain the operating concern or change you want to explore.
Equipment questions.
Do you support my equipment brand?
Send the exact model, engine and controller details. Support is checked per machine, rather than assumed from the badge.
Can you guarantee fuel savings or more output?
No. Operating conditions, loads, condition and the specific service affect outcomes. Any expectations need to be discussed before work is agreed.
Does equipment tuning include a dyno test?
Do not assume that a pickup chassis dyno can test your equipment. The testing and service method must be reviewed for the machine.
Can the work be done remotely or on site?
The method, device requirements, location and technical assistance need individual confirmation. Start an inquiry with the machine details and location.
Tell us about your equipment.
Make, model, engine and working routine are the best starting point.
